Orange Card Combo - Scissor Lift, Boom Lift (up to 11 metres) and Work Safely at Heights (Big Sister Program)

Big Sister Card For Website (1800 X 380 Px)

This free nationally recognised safety and equipment training is delivered through the Big Sister Program, designed for women aged 15–20 looking to begin a career in the electrical industry.

It provides learners the opportunity to build desirable, job ready skills for work in the electrotechnology, construction, plumbing and services, renewables and clean energy, resources, mining, and infrastructure industries.

The skills gained will support applicants who wish to continue along the Big Sister pathway, either by commencing an Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship with the College of Electrical Training or progressing into an Electrical Apprenticeship with Electrical Group Training.

*The CTF provides funding support for training of eligible workers in the construction industry. We acknowledge the support of the CTF in reducing the costs of training for eligible workers.

**Big Sister is a part of the Building Women’s Careers (BWC) Program and BWC is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
