EWP Tickets in WA: What You Need to Operate Scissor & Boom Lifts Legally

Operating an Elevated Work Platform (EWP) safely starts with understanding the type of equipment you’re using. Because EWPs introduce risks such as falls, tipping, entrapment and collision, operators must be trained and competent before using them. In Western Australia, these requirements fall under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020, with operator competency overseen by WorkSafe WA.
